  • How do I migrate data from my previous email account to Zoho?

    Select a migration option from the available options to migrate data from your old email account. 

    If the migration option that you choose does not support migrating contacts or calendar data, you can export it from your old account and import it to Zoho Mail.

  • What if I already have the Zoho license purchased through another reseller partner?

  • What is my billing cycle and how will the amount be deducted?

    Term – Monthly

    The billing cycle of Dialog subscriptions is from the 1st day & 15th day of the month. When you are on monthly billing, subscriptions are charged on the same date of each month and every month, as long as that subscription is active.


    Term – Annual

    12 months term is automatically renewed and charged at the current Microsoft pricing rates unless canceled with 30 days written notice to Dialog. When you are on annual billing, subscriptions are charged once for the balance of one full year, and will not be charged again until the year is over.

  • Can I upgrade my licenses?

    When you subscribe to paid plans, the number of users should be equal to the number of licenses. To add more users, you need to purchase licenses. When you are on the annual renewal mode, the additional licenses purchased will be charged on a prorated basis.

  • Can I downgrade my licenses?

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to downgrade the licenses that you’ve purchased during the contract period. Licenses could be downgraded during the annual contract renewal.
